I want to go beyond the “progress pictures”. Yes, progress pictures are great and show changes that the scale may not, but what the pictures don’t show are the struggles, mental blocks, the ups and downs. These pictures only show the surface. What’s behind the pictures is what matters: the new habits created, a better relationship with food, the realization that the number on the scale doesn’t matter, but what matters is that you feel good, sleep well, perform at your peak, and can enjoy yourself without feeling guilty.
