We live in a world where there is information about diet and nutrition everywhere, and so often, this information contradicts itself. Working with me will take out the guesswork. I understand that there isn’t a one size fits all diet, and each and every one of us is unique. Each of us have a different relationship with food. I want to understand what your relationship is, and if needed, we will work together to improve it. I’ve worked through my own mental barriers, and understand that when it comes to coaching and nutrition there are some psychological hurdles that may be needed to overcome.

I live a similar lifestyle as most of my clients. I know what it takes to be competitive in my sport, but with working two full-time jobs, training, and maintaining a social life, I understand that life can get busy. That’s what makes me different as a coach; I know that life can get crazy and things aren’t always perfect. My relationship with you is important, building trust and being open and honest with one another is what breeds success.
