What is Nutrition Coaching?

Nutrition is the basis of health and wellness. Because each of our genetics are unique, our requirements to reach peak performance vary - there can be no “one size fits all” diet. Our nutrition is affected by so many different variables, with our genetics playing one small part. There is also our activity level, lifestyle, and stress, all of which play a role in our nutritional requirements.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, perform well in your sport, or live a healthier lifestyle, I am here to help you reach your goal. We will work together to develop a plan that is sustainable for you, with no more yo-yo dieting. I am here to guide you with the information and tools for your success. Together, we will manage your diet to maximize sleep, recover, and identify food sensitivities. My goal is to help you live your best life.


INITIAL MACRONUTRIENT SET-UP

This is for those who have some knowledge and experience with a macronutrient based diet. After analyzing your questionnaire I will give you customized macronutrient targets for your goals.

ONE-TIME EVALUATION

$125

During the evaluation, we will review your goals and  your current lifestyle, including existing diet and exercise patterns and preferences. I will help you prepare a realistic, self-guided nutrition plan and set macronutrient targets that I feel best meet your goals.

  • Health/Performance supplement recommendation (if needed)

  • Recommendations for nutrient timing

  • One hour call/Skype to discuss anything you’d like or any questions you may have

  • $55 for 30 min follow up call and macro update

1:1 coaching

One-on-one nutrition coaching will start with a one-time evaluation, but include regular reviews of your progress, and adjustments to your nutrition plan as sessions continue.

The Gold Plan is a personalized plan to educate and implement nutritional strategies for long-lasting results. This plan is for clients new to nutrition, who wants the support and accountability of a coach to optimize their health, daily habits, performance, and recovery.

  • Health/Performance supplement recommendation (if needed)

  • One hour initial consultation call/Facetime to review your goals, create a plan, and review your history

  • Recommendations for nutrient timing

This plan is for clients who are new or have little to some experience with nutrition, and wants the support and accountability of a coach to optimize their health, daily habits, performance, and recovery.

The Bronze Plan is a personalized plan to assist with your continued success, keep you on track, and achieve your short and long term goals. This is best for clients who are self sufficient and have experience with nutrition, but wants the continued support and accountability of a coach.
